Description The Wilmington Industrial Park Advisory Committee (WIPAC), members are appointed by the Councilmember of Council District 15. The WIPAC consists of representatives from community organizations serving the Los Angeles Harbor Industrial Center Redevelopment Project area, property and business owners, as well as business operators. They are an advisory committee and meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month with CRA/LA staff to receive information on current activities, and to give input on projects proposed for the WIP.
