Kevin Sullivan was promoted to the position of Deputy Chief of Operations on June 22, 2009. He is responsible for management and supervision of 45 staff and six departments including: Business Operations & Asset Management, Contracts & Purchasing, Facilities, Information Technology, Maintenance and Records and Risk Management. His duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of these departments, setting operational priorities and implementing business process improvements.
Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Sullivan was the Director of Business Operation & Asset Management for four and one-half years. His duties included administering CRA/LA’s $630 million loan portfolio. Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years experience in management and project administration with an extensive background in policy development and implementation; system design and development; formal management presentations; staff supervision and evaluation; cost analysis and management reporting; and budgeting/financial forecasting. Mr. Sullivan graduated from the California State University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Finance, with honors.
