Calvin E. Hollis - Interim Chief Executive Officer
Calvin E. Hollis was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer in November 2009. As the Interim CEO, he exercises direct supervision over all CRA/LA executive, managerial and support staff. Mr. Hollis joined the agency in January 2009 as the Deputy Chief of Operations for Real Estate and Economic Development and his duties included acting as a senior advisor to the CEO and COO in major real estate transactions and in the development and implementation of the organization’s economic development policies and strategies

Glenn F. Wasserman - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wasserman is the Chief Operating Officer of the CRA/LA. As COO he assists the CRA/LA Board of Commissioners, Chief Executive Officerand Chief Financial Officer in the overall management of the CRA/LA. He also develops policies, plans, objectives and priorities to ensure the implementation of a redevelopment program for the City of Los Angeles.

Steve Valenzuela, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Valenzuela is the Chief Financial Officer of CRA/LA. As CFO he is responsible for developing, directing, implementing and evaluating the CRA/LA finance, budgets, accounting, audits and compliance functions. He oversees management of CRA/LA debt, serves as expert advisor to CRA/LA management team and the Board of Commissioners on complex financing and debt management issues.

Donald SpivackMr. Spivack is currently Deputy Chief of Operations and Policy. He heads CRA/LA's strategic planning, policy development and professional services units, which include resource development; environmental planning; engineering; public art; real estate appraisal, acquisition and disposition; relocation; geographic information systems; and other professional and technical units of the Agency. |
Kevin Sullivan, Deputy Chief of Operations Kevin Sullivan was promoted to the position of Deputy Chief of Operations on June 22, 2009. He is responsible for management and supervision of 45 staff and six departments including: Business Operations & Asset Management, Contracts & Purchasing, Facilities, Information Technology, Maintenance and Records and Risk Management. His duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of these departments, setting operational priorities and implementing business process improvements.

 Ms. Sotelo is currently the Deputy Chief of Operations for the Department of Housing. Ms. Sotelo oversees the housing activities across the seven regions of the CRA/LA. In addition, Ms. Sotelo is developing uniform housing policies and procedures to speed up housing development within the CRA/LA’s sprawling 32 project areas.

Angela C. Ovalle
Ms. Ovalle is the Assistant to the CEO. She assist in the development, evaluation, and coordination of Agency program, technical, administrative, management, financial and budgetary activities; and serves as the liaison to the Agency staff with outside organizations and other public agencies.

David Riccitiello
Mr. Riccitiello is the CRA/LA Regional Administrator for the Downtown Regional Area. The Downtown Region is responsible for the Amended Central Business District, Bunkerhill, Central Industrial, Chinatown, City Center, Council District 9 and Little Tokyo project areas. There are 17 staff members deployed in the Downtown Region.

Barron McCoy Barron McCoy joined the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency in 2008 as the Regional Administrator for the LA Harbor Region. In this role, Mr. McCoy is responsible for providing organizational leadership, management and strategic development for the Beacon Street, Pacific Corridor, and LA Harbor Industrial Center Redevelopment Projects. |
Leslie Lambert
Ms. Lambert is the CRA/LA Regional Administrator for the Hollywood & Central Regional Area. The Hollywood/Central Region is responsible for the Hollywood, East Hollywood/Beverly Normandie, Pico Union I & II, Mid City Corridors, Westlake and Wilshire Center/Koreatown project areas. There are 18 staff members deployed in the Hollywood/Central Region. |
Margarita De Escontrias
Mrs. De Escontrias is the CRA/LA Regional Administrator for the East Valley Regional Area. The East Valley Region is responsible for the North Hollywood, Laurel Canyon and Pacoima/Panorama City project areas. There are 13 staff members deployed in the East Valley Region. |

Jay Virata
Jay Virata is the CRA/LA Regional Administrator for the West Valley Region. The West Valley Region is responsible for the Reseda/Canoga Part project area.

Carolyn Hull Carolyn Hull is the South Los Angeles Regional Administrator. The South Los Angeles Region is made up of nine redevelopment project areas that total 2,300 acres.
