Summary:
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles (“CRA/LA”) is issuing a Request for Proposals No. NP-12989 (“RFP”) seeking interested and qualified entities to acquire a CRA/LA owned property located at 2600 S. Hoover Street (“Site”). The CRA/LA is seeking a new owner to acquire, renovate and operate a transitional shelter consisting of 18 shelter beds and 32 single room occupancy units for low income individuals.

The CRA/LA plans to hold a non-mandatory conference to discuss this RFP on July 21 at 10:00 AM at 2600 S. Hoover Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007.
