CRA/LA is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced developers for the development of affordable ownership housing on three CRA/LA-owned sites in the Council District Nine Corridors South of the Santa Monica Freeway Recovery Redevelopment Project Area (“CD9 Project Area”).
