The  Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, California ("CRA/LA") is soliciting proposals to fully upgrade the existing Experience LA website to Web 2.0 functionality and to platform the webstie onto mobile devices, which may include mobile applications.  Web 2.0 includes fully interactive transit mapping and connectivity to a range of wirless mobile devices, including real time transit information as made available by METRO and LADOT.
