CRA/LA provided a façade improvement grant to rehabilitate an existing commercial building. The improvements included new storefront doors and windows, stucco/paint, signage and lighting. This façade improvement will contribute to the revitalization of the Magnolia Boulevard commercial corridor in the North Hollywood Project Area.

This project involved the development of a Constituent Service Center that will offer a public counter for city services, office space for the 9th Council District and local non-profits. Features include a community room with a kitchen, solar panels, a rooftop garden, a landscaped public plaza, and public parking. The community room will be the location of the Community Advisory Committee meetings for the Council District 9 Project Area.
