Developer Guide

This Developer Guide serves as a comprehensive step-by-step outline of definitions, options, submittal requirements, and approvals needed for meeting the requirements of CRA/LA’s Art Policy.

The Developer Guide was approved by the CRA/LA’s Board of Commissioners and the Los Angeles City Council in March 2005. It contains the following sections: Overview, Developer Options, Steps and Submittals, Procedures (Exemptions, Art Plan for On-Site Art, Art Plan for Cultural Facility, Cultural Trust Fund Contribution, Arts Development Fee Credit, Art Budget, Review and Approval, Artwork Ownership and Long-Term Maintenance, Plaques, Acknowledgement and Public Information Materials), and Definitions.
