Description: The Vista Monterey Senior Apartments will provide 48 units of new, affordable housing with state-of-the-art design and amenities for seniors. Located in El Sereno, this infill housing project will redevelop an abandoned vacant lot and help meet the need for affordable senior housing. Construction is slated to commence in summer of 2005; Vista Monterey will also include an onsite medical facility and pharmacy for tenants and neighborhood residents.
