Description:  This 2.4-acre site at the northwest corner of Fourth and Hill streets presents a key development opportunity for a major mixed-use, high-rise tower, including office, housing and retail. The property is owned by the CRA/LA and has direct access to the Metro Red Line Station. It is a major connector between Bunker Hill and the CityÕs Historic Core.

Redevelopment Goals:  Create jobs and complete a major, mixed-use development to connect two Downtown districts, Bunker Hill and the Historic Core.

FY06 Milestones:  Issue a Request for Proposals and evaluate responses. Obtain approval of an Exclusive Right to Negotiate. Amend the Bunker Hill Design for Development to increase the overall floor area ratio in Bunker Hill from 5:1 to 6:1.
