Description:  The Colburn School of Performing Arts will expand to a four-year accredited baccalaureate school for the performing arts. New construction on CRA/LA-owned land includes a 13-story, mixed-use building with classrooms, offices, dormitories, a 200-seat performance lab, cafeteria and parking.

Redevelopment Goal:  Develop a first-class educational facility that furthers revitalization goals for the Bunker Hill Redevelopment Project and adjacent areas.
