Central Avenue Action Plan
The preparation of the Central Avenue Action Plan was a joint effort of the Community Redevelopment Agency of Los Angeles, the Office of Councilwoman Jan Perry and the Community Advisory Committee for Council District Nine Corridors South of the Santa Monica Freeway Recovery Redevelopment Project Area. The Plan refines the established CRA/LA objectives and goals of the Redevelopment Plan for the Council District Nine Corridors South of the Santa Monica Freeway Recovery Redevelopment Project Area (CD9 Project Area) by focusing on one of the most dynamic streets in the City of Los Angeles: Central Avenue.
