The Central Industrial Redevelopment Community Advisory Committee (CAC) are appointed by the Council Office. The CACs are community representatives of various stakeholder groups which include property owners, businesses, homeowners, residential tenants and community-based organizations. Although individually appointed, The Central Industrial CAC conduct semi-monthly joint CAC meetings to consult and advise the redevelopment agency on redevelopment activities affecting their community.
