Entertainment Industry Office Space.  CRA/LA wants to encourage the development of new "Class A" office space for the entertainment industry.  Proposals from owner-participants are encouraged, and the Agency is prepared to participate financially to the extent that the development results in new well-paying employment opportunities.

Mixed Use Development.
