Welcome To the LA Harbor Redevelopment Plan Amendment!
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles is undertaking the preparation of a plan amendment to the Los Angeles Harbor Industrial Center Redevelopment Project Area in order to expand the existing project area into the greater Wilmington Community. While the existing 232 acre project area contains land designated exclusively for industrial use, the proposed expansion area of approximately 2500 acres would also include residential and commercial property.
