LA Harbor Redevelopment Plan Amendment
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles is undertaking the preparation of a plan amendment to the Los Angeles Harbor Industrial Center Redevelopment Project Area in order to expand the existing project area into the greater Wilmington Community. While the existing 232 acre project area contains land designated exclusively for industrial use, the proposed expansion area of approximately 2500 acres would also include residential and commercial property.

Budget and Work Program
Project area budgets consist of work program narrative and budget schedule. Contained in the narrative is a program summary, background information on the project area and a list of key accomplishments. The budget schedules detail project area revenues and budgeted expenditures for the corresponding period.
