Description:
Storefront upgrades and signage improvements undertaken by business owners are accompanied by streetscape improvements to fully revitalize business districts. The CRA/LA will assist in enhancing the appearance of the Canoga Park commercial district by overseeing the third phase of streetscape improvements.

Redevelopment Goal:
Improve the quality of life and promote and preserve a positive image and a safe environment for the community. Help achieve creation of an environment that reflects a high level of commitment to architectural, landscape and urban design principles which will contribute to the area’s economic recovery.

FY08 Milestones:
Execute construction contracts and oversee completion of improvements.
