Description:
Canoga Park is part of the national Main Street and California Main Street programs which provide accreditation to commercial district revitalization programs nationwide and statewide that meet performance standards. The CRA/LA will assist with implementation of the four-step Main Street approach to commercial revitalization.

Redevelopment Purpose:
Use marketing and promotional efforts to assist in the economic recovery of the Canoga Park business district.

FY08 Milestones:
Perform ongoing operation of the Main Street Program under existing contract requirements and sponsor the 2007 Dia de los Muertos Festival.
