RESEDA TOWN CENTER SOUTH
CRA/LA acquired two parcels, 18128 and 18210 Sherman Way in Reseda. The parcels are located on the south side of Sherman Way between Etiwanda and Lindley Avenues.  The site currently contains two commercial buildings that will be cleared to make way for a new development that will likely contain commercial and mixed uses.


Community Outreach
A community workshop was held earlier this year where the potential development scenarios were displayed to community members for their feedback.  The scenarios viewable below were developed as part of a comprehensive land planning and financial feasibilty study.
