The Watts Corridors Redevelopment Project Area consists of ten subareas, which are generally located between the Harbor Freeway on the west, Mona Boulevard on the east, the Century Freeway on the south and 103rd Street on the north. Within these boundaries, the proposed Project Area includes mostly commercial block frontages along major north-south streets.

Also included are several industrial parcels located on Main Street, Avalon Boulevard, and Wilmington Avenue, 111th Street and Santa Ana Boulevard and at 111th Street and Graham Avenue. There is a scattering of residential uses within most of the sub-areas; no predominantly residentially designated neighborhoods are included.
