Developers and contractors are advised to contact Julia Stewart, City Planner, at (323) 290-2813 early in the process in order to prevent last minute difficulties.

Information may be obtained at the LADBS regional offices indicated above, or by telephone (818)LA4-BUILD.

 

On line information on specific parcels is available at LADBS/Permits  and zoning and Community Plan maps are available on the City's Zoning Information Map Access System ("ZIMAS") at www.zimas.lacity.org
