BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, IN CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION 33490 OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA’S HEALTH & SAFETY CODE, REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF THE FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (FY2010-FY2014) OF THE WILSHIRE CENTER/KOREATOWN RECOVERY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA OF COUNCIL DISTRICTS 1, 4, 10 and 13.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, California (CRA/LA) will hold a public hearing on the Five-Year Implementation Plan (FY2010-FY2014), for the Wilshire Center/Koreatown Recovery Redevelopment Project Area of Council Districts 1, 4, 10 and 13, Hollywood and Central Region on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Community Redevelopment Agency, office located at 354 South Spring Street, 6th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90013. A map showing the location of the Project Area is attached to this notice.
The public hearing being conducted to hear testimony of all interested parties regarding the Five-Year Implementation Plan (FY2010-FY2014) for the Wilshire Center/Koreatown Recovery Redevelopment Project Area of Council Districts 1, 4, 10 and 13. Any person desiring the opportunity to be heard at the meeting will be provided an opportunity to do so. At the above stated time and place, any person(s) having any testimony regarding the proposed reporting of the Five-Year Implementation Pan (FY2010-FY2014) for the Wilshire Center/Koreatown Recovery Redevelopment Project Area of Council Districts 1, 4, 10 and 13 may appear before the CRA/LA Board of Commissioners and be heard. The hearing may be cancelled or set for another time in the future at any time until the scheduled hearing-time.

Any and all persons having any objections to the proposed reporting, or who deny the regularity of this proceeding or wish to speak on any issue raised by the proposed report, may appear at the public hearing and will be provided an opportunity to state their objections.
If any person desires to challenge in court the adoption of the proposed report or any proceedings in connection therewith, they may be limited to raising only those issues that they or someone else raised at the hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the CRA/LA, or prior to, the hearing. Written correspondence on this matter may be addressed to the CRA/LA at the above noted address.
The public hearing is being held pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 33490 and is open to the public.
