CRA/LA in Action: Videos

About CRA/LA
An introduction to our work.

Hollywood
Bringing vibrant new life to an area that hit bottom in the 1980s. Highlights include the Hollywood & Highland complex, ArcLight Hollywood at the Cinerama Dome, and construction of affordable, transit-oriented housing.

South Los Angeles
Jump-starting a new era of shops and services to restore neighborhoods devastated by the civil unrest of 1992. Highlights include the Watts Star theater complex and job training center, affordable and mixed-use (apartments and shops) housing, and bright futures for Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza and Leimert Park Village.

San Fernando Valley
Renewing neglected neighborhoods and those damaged in the 1994 Northridge earthquake. Highlights include NoHo Arts District, area-wide construction of affordable housing, a new center for a leading poverty agency in Pacoima, loans to attract new businesses to Panorama City, and the West Valley storefront improvement program.

Community Blueprint: CRA/LA Newsletter
This newsletter provides brief articles about programs, policies and activities of CRA/LA. The information contained in the Community Blueprint is provided by regions of the city where we work. This makes it easy for you to find out what’s going on in your neighborhood and in other areas across the city. At CRA/LA, our business is building communities and we hope to do just that through this publication.
