The Central Industrial Citizens Advisory Committee and the CRA staff along with consultant services from Meyer, Mohaddes Associates and special assistance from the Central City East Association recently completed a Transportation Needs Survey for the industrial area of Downtown Los Angeles. This Survey is the first in a series of studies and planning efforts to address the transportation and local circulation needs in the area and to propose and implementation program as part of the long term redevelopment program
