The Wilshire/Koreatown Recovery Redevelopment Project Plan requires CRA/LA’s review and approval of all Department of Building and Safety permit applications for compliance with the Plan. Developers and contractors are strongly advised to contact Steven Jones, City Planner at (213) 977-1988 early in the process in order to prevent last minute difficulties.
